The Palace Hotel, Manchester hosted this pioneering event, and delegates were able to take a tour of the hotel which highlighted the history and sustainability credentials of this Gold Green Tourism Business Scheme winning hotel.  Sustainability champion, April McCaig shared many of the sustainability initiatives that the hotel has implemented to achieve this outstanding award.  Liz Postlethwaite from the Library Theatre also spoke about the sustainability programmes they have put in place in their organisation.
