Confex 2012: Fiona Pelham, ISO 20121

Fiona Pelham, Chair of the ISO 20121 Committee, presented at the 2012: A Year of Sustainability in the Event Industry session on 7th March 2012. She spoke about the development of new industry standards and reporting for sustainability, including the sustainable event management standard, ISO 20121, and the sustainability reporting framework, GRI EOSS. Her presentation also covered the new sustainability initiatives that are currently being developed for the event industry in the form of roadmaps for waste and resources, and food.
